To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase date. We will require proof of purchase and may ask for details regarding your reason for requesting a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for digital products if you have downloaded all the templates.

Once you have downloaded all the templates, we consider the sale final, and we cannot issue a refund.

Additionally, we do not offer refunds for any product that has been modified, altered, or tampered with in any way.

This includes, but is not limited to, software that has been modified or altered by the user.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to anyone who abuses our refund policy.

This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who repeatedly purchase and request refunds for the same product or individuals who abuse our product support system.

This policy is being applied to Canva templates.
